Find out how customers like you, have used Lift-On to create additional income
Meet Melvin. In his first 2 weeks of using Lift-On, Melvin sold €5500 worth of vouchers.
We asked him to tell us what he thought about the service.
“Lift-On was really easy to set up. I was able to set it up in 10 minutes and I’m not really a techy guy. I made one simple Instagram post asking my followers whether they were interested in buying vouchers through my Lift-On shop and the support I received was amazing!”
How did you hear about Lift-On?
“When the Coronavirus lockdown started, I was looking for a way to sell vouchers online, so that I could receive some income even though I had to close my shop for the duration of the lockdown. I searched on Google for a solution and found Lift-On and 2 other providers. I chose Lift-On because I liked how clear and simple it was. No nonsense and for a fair price. “
How was your onboarding experience?
“Pretty easy, my computer skills are 0. Before opening my barbershop a year ago, I didn’t even own a computer.
I just signed up on the Lift-On website and could set up the shop myself. The dashboard is simple and I love that I get an easy overview of all the vouchers I have sold.”
What did you do to get people to buy vouchers?
“All I did was post one picture on Instagram where I linked the Lift-On voucher shop in the description along with a short message and I told my friends and family about it. I had amazing results. A lot of people I think just like to come to my shop and wanted to support me, so I was able to sell a lot of vouchers right away.”
Is there any reason you think that made you so successful in selling that many vouchers?
“In my shop I just want people to come and relax and have a good time. We are living our lives so fast these days. I don’t want that in my shop. My shop is a bit of a childish man-cave and I think that people like to come in and just chill out for a bit. In the shop, it is just me, and I make sure that I take the time for each customer. If you think about it, how many people do you let touch your head? It’s quite a personal thing. I would say that I know about 90% of my customers by name. I also don’t really see them as just my customers. I see them as good acquaintances or friends even. I think they get that and that’s why they like coming to my shop and that’s why they support me now.”
